Are your products vegan?
Yes! And cruelty free. No little critters were harmed in the making of any of the items we sell.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
We try to be as green as we can in our shop. While vegan leather is arguably a bit more sustainable, it still has a long ways to go to be environmentally friendly. We offset our impact by reducing and reusing waste material, as well as keeping the majority of our packing recyclable and reusable.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in house-- literally! I have an office/studio space in my home that I use to run my business out of.
How long will it take to receive my item?
We ship all items next day priority mail if you place your order by 3:30pm PST. You can use the shipping calculator at check out to see an estimate of when your package will arrive.
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back in?
We restock every two weeks on the 1st and 14th. All our products are handmade in small batches. Our materials are also locally sourced. Because of this, some items will be more limited than others. Be sure to check out our Facebook group and page to see when items are restocked and which ones will have limited availability.

In May of 2019, I set down with my planner and wrote "I want to open up my own little shop".
It was an idea that I had been tossing around in my head for ages, but I finally wanted to act on it. Edison was young, my photography business was going well and it just felt like it was time.
Oh, I had no idea what kind of ride this would be.
I knew I wanted to have quality planner accessories to help women like me keep a bit more organization in their life.
I talked with many manufactures, and looked through dozens of samples, but just wasn't finding the right thing.
So I took matters into my own hands--literally.
I decided that this would be a handmade business and spent hours looking into how to create the prefect accessory for me. One that was as beautiful as it was functional. Something that would inspire me to use it daily, and that could also hold up to daily use.
After almost 2 years and 2 pregnancies later, I finally created the accessory of my dreams and I'm beyond ready to share with ya'll.

Our policy lasts 10 days from date received. If 10 days have passed since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable products
* Some personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only available for products defective on arrival.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Rejected refund returns will be offered store credit for the original item amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange your item for one of a different color, pattern, or shop credit within the 10 day window. Exchange items must be returned in the same condition as received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 1625 Sunterra Ct , Richland , WA, WA, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
